Eric is the Chief Innovations Officer of LEVEL and has spent most of his career working within the FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) space. He has been involved in program development and management, infrastructural improvements, workforce development, and serving as both CFO and COO of different health centers. In 2018 Eric founded Qualic Health—a consulting firm with a focus on helping clients make informed decisions and maximize their potential.  He is a detail-oriented professional with the ability to streamline organizational production through restructuring of policies and procedures, operations, finances, RCM analysis, patient satisfaction and team productivity.
