Gabriela Rosa is the founder and director of the Rosa Institute, an organization dedicated to improving clinical results and advancing scientific knowledge in reproductive medicine to help couples create healthy babies, despite previous challenges. The Institute’s overarching aim champions men’s and women’s health education and self-efficacy for long-term health and wellbeing.
Since 2001 Gabriela and her team of clinicians blend evidence-based science into a holistic, supportive, and education-focused approach to fertility treatment. Underpinned by her unique F.E.R.T.I.L.E. Method ®, shown to deliver an over 80% live birth rate for couples who previously experienced infertility and miscarriage as well as previously failed treatments. This proven and effective methodology is the underlying foundation of Gabriela’s signature programs. Gabriela and her team have now provided reproductive education and empowerment to over 140,000 couples in more than 110 countries worldwide.
As a world-renowned fertility specialist, author, and host of the Fertility Challenge™ program, Gabriela has translated her over two decades worth of knowledge and experience into four books on natural fertility solutions, including two bestsellers. Her latest book, Fertility Breakthrough: Overcoming infertility and recurrent miscarriage when other treatments have failed, includes essential information for couples who have struggled for over two years to conceive and/or have had difficulty taking a healthy pregnancy to term.

Gabriela is also the host of the TalkSex with Gabriela Rosa™ podcast, on which Gabriela and guest experts explore a holistic conversation around desire, pleasure, and satisfaction, aiming to create a new path of self-discovery for those on and off the fertility journey.
Gabriela has completed clinical research programs, including her Master’s in Public Health (Clinical Effectiveness) degree (late 2021) at Harvard University’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health. In addition, she was awarded The Scholar Award for academic excellence. Currently applying to the Doctor of Public Health program at Harvard, Gabriela already holds a Master of Science in Medicine (Reproductive Health and Human Genetics), a Bachelor of Health Science, and is trained in numerous health disciplines, including naturopathy, nutrition, and botanical herbal medicine.
