Robyn Tiger, MD DipABLM (American Board of Lifestyle Medicine) is a physician and lifestyle coach. From her own experience with stress, she has written a new book called “Feeling Stressed is Optional.”
The book is a multi-media book which has text, worksheets, journal capacity, and links to brief videos so you can learn along with Robyn.
She covers a wide variety of topics including anxiety management, coping strategies, emotional wellness, meditation, mindfulness, positive thinking, relaxation techniques, and wellness tips.
Her training in conventional Western Medicine, and her deep study in Mind-Body and Eastern medicine combine to provide a rich and evidence-based approach to more stress-free living.
She acknowledges the numerous stressors we have in life, but emphasizes that we can gain control over our stress response and excel in stress reduction.
